Cancellation policy
To Cancel Items and
Orders that are not dispatched
You
can cancel items or orders by visiting the Returns tab under customer
service section placed at the footer of the home page .
To
Cancel orders that are already dispatched
In case
if you need to cancel the order after dispatch , you may return the entire
goods or a particular item , at the time of delivery itself . If mode of payment is cash then amount will
be adjusted their itself , in case the mode of payment is electronic then the
needful amount will be transferred to the account within 4 working days.
If you received
any damaged, defective or wrong product
then goods could be returned back within 4 working days , in that case you need
to fill the return form placed at home page under the customer service section
